What it does

The extension has one purpose: to show extra property information next to the UK property listings you are already looking at. It does not change the listing itself and does not browse on your behalf.

Sale history

See previous sale prices and price trends for the address, drawn from public HM Land Registry data.

Energy performance

Check the energy rating and floor area from the public EPC register, and work out the asking price per square metre.

Comparable evidence

Find nearby sales and lettings to support a valuation, and save the evidence you choose to keep.

Your own client records

Sign in to see when a listing matches a client in your own records. You can import your clients from a CSV file and invite your team.

Favourites and hiding listings

Mark listings as favourites, or hide the ones you do not want to see in search results.

How it works

  1. Install the extension from the Chrome Web Store.
  2. Open a listing on a supported site. The panel appears on the page.
  3. Sign in or create an account from the panel. Your property data and records then appear. Without an account the panel only asks you to sign in.

What the extension can access, and why

The extension asks for as little access as it needs. Here is each permission in plain terms.

PermissionWhy it is needed
Storage Keeps you signed in and remembers which accounts you have used on this device. Nothing else is stored in your browser. Details are in the privacy policy.
Rightmove, Zoopla and OnTheMarket pages Lets the extension add its panel to listings and read the listing details shown on the page (such as the listing ID, postcode and agent reference), so it can look up the matching records. It does nothing on any other website.
pi.cypherpress.com The service the extension talks to. It receives your sign-in details and the listing details needed to return sale history, EPC data, comparables and your own records.

The extension does not read your browsing history, other tabs, or pages on other sites. It does not load or run code from anywhere other than the extension package.

Your data

We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or share it with data brokers. The full list of what is collected, where it goes and how to delete it is in the privacy policy.
