Common questions
The panel does not appear on a listing
Check that the page is a property listing on Rightmove, Zoopla or OnTheMarket, and that the extension is switched on at chrome://extensions. Then reload the page. Some pages, such as the home page, have no listing to show information for.
The panel says I am not signed in
Property data and your own records only appear when you are signed in. Without an account the panel shows a sign-in prompt and masked information. Open the account menu on the page and sign in, or create an account. If you are using an Incognito window, the extension keeps your sign-in only in memory, so you will need to sign in again each time the private window is closed. The extension must also be allowed in Incognito at chrome://extensions.
I forgot my password
Use the Forgot password tab in the account window and follow the instructions sent to your email address.
There is no data for a particular address
Public records do not cover every property. A new build, a recently converted property or a property with no recorded sale or energy certificate may show no results. If you think a result is wrong, email us the listing link.
How do I remove the extension?
Right-click the extension icon in the Chrome toolbar and choose Remove from Chrome. This deletes everything it stored in your browser. Your account on our service is kept until you ask us to delete it.
How do I delete my data or close my account?
To delete client records you imported, sign in, open Manage clients in the account menu and choose Delete data. To close your account, email pi@cypherpress.com from the address on your account. When an account is closed, its data is deleted immediately. See the privacy policy for more.
Is this made by Rightmove, Zoopla or OnTheMarket?
No. This is an independent extension. Those names are trademarks of their respective owners, and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by them. Please contact us, not them, about this extension.
